1. Go to Reliance I/O Support
2. Click on Sign in
3a. If you have submitted requests to the helpdesk in the past, click on Get a password (this is the more likely option, so we always recommend trying this first)
3b. If you have not submitted requests to the helpdesk in the past, click on Sign up
