Download the AgentIC App from the appropriate App Store.

Once the app is installed, open it for the first time, then allow notifications.
If you happen to get a pop-up asking to send you notifications, please press Allow. This will let us get ahold of you if you are not on Comm and are needed during the show. |
Allow or block analytics.
This does not affect the usage of the app, so just select an option. |
Change the active profile to LQ Profile 1.
Tap on the EHX Profile 1 dropdown at the top of the screen. | |
Select LQ Profile 1. |
Open to profile settings
Top on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. | |
Select Settings. |
Adjust settings to connect to Reliance I/O AgentIC instance.

Connect to the Reliance I/O AgentIC instance and enjoy!

You will have access to multiple channels based on your role. You can utilize the following functions on each channel:

Use the volume slider to adjust the volume of a specific channel. |
Now, you are connected to the AgentIC intercom system from your device!
Once you go through these setup procedures, you can always reconnect by pressing the Start button.
To log out at the end of the day, press the logout button at the top left of the screen.
